Phyllis gave exemplary customer service

"Phyllis"gave excellent customer service. She was clear and easy to understand in enunciation and explanation. She was thorough and called back to make sure I was satisfied with my order placed, and the price I was supposed to pay. I had issues placing payment on the online portal and she diligently worked to solve the problem. Was friendly and didn't feel rushed.

My agent person was very personable and…

My sales person was very personable and professional give me the run down of each price for what I acquire about. Set me up with my order handling all my concerns. She’ll be my contact agent if I run into problem with my order. Nyah was very efficient.

A very straight forward process from…

Great service!

Phyllis helped me and she was wonderful. I needed to cancel my prescription because I had too much and I was having some issues that my personal doctor needed to address. I thought it might be hard to do but Phyllis did everything and even funded an order that was coming. Thank you!

Give Alvin a raise

I placed a re-order for meds on April 20th. There was issues with the web page that ignored my order.
Alvin called back and we straightened out the order. Alvin did a great job in correcting my order. Thank you Alvin

Superior support with a caring and empathic staffreceived great customer service in…

I received great customer service in resuming my orders. My wife passed away last year so I saw no need to continue the service. I've recently begun dating again and the two keepers still enjoy sex, so I need to be prepared and this product always performed as promised. My suspended shipment was reinstated immediately and shipped same day!

They shipped to the wrong address in…

They shipped to the wrong address in January and billed my credit card. I called them to complain and they said sorry for the mistake and promised to Re ship to the correct address. After three calls over two months nothing has happened. Their customer service is terrible. I would recommend buying from some other supplier that cares about there customers.

Tim from South Carolina knew from the get go how to help me with my issue and made no fuss, no attitude about it plus he knew what he was doing. he's actually the greatest operator I've ever spoken to since we started using your services, you need more people like Tim. Phyllis was very understanding. She did offer me a deal. A discount to continue my subscription. But unfortunately I declined it because of personal reasons. She was very understanding, helpful and kind.

Cust service great, but BEWARE

Customer service immediately refunded the money, and Phyllis was quite nice and efficient. 5 stars to her.
HOWEVER, Rex MD did, though, charge me for a new shipment of a subscription I canceled, last year, 8 months earlier. They “un-cancelled” it. How can that happen? Truly disingenuous. I only noticed it due to an email from PayPal

Thank you for your feedback, Scott. I was able to locate your account and I see that your initial order was purchased on a recurring one-month subscription. Your initial order was placed on 6/30/23 and this would have rebilled on 7/30/23. With that being said, you spoke with one of our representatives on 7/24/23 and on that call, you agreed to change your billing frequency so your next order was pushed out to February 2024, this is the bill you just incurred and I do see that you were refunded in full for. In this instance, we only did what you agreed to do. I am very sorry if there was some confusion about this. Thank you for being a valued RexMD customer!

Polite,knowledgeable

Nyah was extremely helpful throughout the complete process, will be happy to interact with her on every future purchase. Polite,helpful, everything a person wants when they interact with any company on the planet. Hims needs to use this young lady as a training example.
